Paul Bryan is the Senior Pastor and School Administrator for Lighthouse Christian Academy. 

Pastor Paul became Senior Pastor of The Lighthouse Church on Jan. 1, 2008. Prior to that, Pastor Paul served as Assistant Pastor for three and one half years. Prior to that, he was a District Supervisor for Eckerd Drug Stores (now CVS)  and a District Manager for

Family Dollar Stores.

Pastor Paul and Labecka have three children, Seyla, Zoe,  and Joy.  Labecka leads our women's ministry and women's enounters.

        Mark Mueller serves as Pastor of our Worship and Arts Department and is also responsible to oversee all Pastoral care.  He spent over twenty years as a member of our praise team, and participated in many dramas and musical productions.  Mark earned his B.A. at Warner Southern College and worked on his Master's Degree at Anderson University School of Theology. He has served full time at TLC since July 2006. Prior to that, he served as worship leader on a part time basis for fourteen years.              

       Pastor Deanna Mueller is Assistant Pastor of The Lighthouse Church and Assistant Administrator of Lighthouse Christian Academy.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education from Illinois State University. She is an ordained Pastor through the Church of God, Anderson. She assists Pastor Mark in the music ministry, and assists Pastor Paul in both the church and school. They have two teenagers.

 Pastor Emeritus,  Dave Walker served as Senior Pastor of the Lighthouse Church from Nov. 1979 until Dec. 31, 2007. He is now retired. Prior to entering the ministry he taught high school in both public and private schools and taught college.  He also served in management positions with both North American Van Lines and United Technologies Corp.

     He earned his B.A. and M.S. at St. Francis College and finished almost all of his Doctor of Education Degree from Ball State University.  Pastor Walker and his wife, Jean, have six children, 16 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren

Jean Walker serves as Minister of Prayer for the Lighthouse.  She is married to Pastor Dave Walker and has been a member at the Lighthouse since 1979. She is a homemaker who thoroughly enjoys spending a lot of time in prayer and worship. She also helps lead the women's small group ministry, coordinates the emergency prayer chain, and is organizing our church's  "24/7 prayer push" in which various members agree to pray for an hour at a certain time each week with the ultimate goal of having continuous prayer from our church 24/7.

James Irving is the Children's Pastor and oversees all the children's ministries of The Lighthouse Church.  He has been a member of The Lighthouse since he was eight years old.  He is also one of our High School teachers. Our Children's Ministry is XLR8, which stands for helping our children accelerate in spiritual growth, soul-winning, discipleship, and joy in the Lord. This is accomplished in Children's Church and through various other fun, yet inspiring, activities. Our children are experiencing God in the children's encounters and there is a freshness and joy in their worship and a great increase in their desire to pray.
The purpose of Children's Church and the XLR8 program is
"Discipling Children to Reach the World."

Pastor Lou Castriota has served as a Pastor for over ten years.  He joined our staff in Dec. 2005. He believes in the Great Commission, which is to "GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES".  His mission and passion is to reach beyond the walls of the church and minister to the lost and encourage the church to do likewise.  Winning souls and making disciples is our God-given mission on this earth.  Pastor Castriota organizes outreaches to reach the lost in DeLand and the surrounding areas.  If this sounds like a call God has put on your heart to reach the lost, please contact Pastor Lou Castriota.

Pastor Don Iverstine serves as our Pastor of Men's Discipleship and does maintenance work on our schools and church.  Don believes that through the Principle of the 12 vision God will bring a great revival.  Through the vision, great leaders that will change the world are raised up by attending cell groups and encounters.

Pastors Jason and Brandon Smith lead the "Reckless Youth" here at Lighthouse. Listed below is their desire for this generation....

 We believe that youth ministry exists to Transform, Equip, and Impact.  First, we exist for our lives to be transformed from the dark of this world to the light of Christ.  Second, we exist to equip each youth with the tools to live a life reflecting their choice to serve God. Third, we exist to use those tools to go back out and impact other lives so that they, too, may begin the process.  These three things span a lifetime; not a singular moment in the christian life, but an ongoing process in which we live.  Our goal is to teach these principles to the youth, that they may reflect God's light in this world.
