Men's Ministry

Seeking God and dealing with the problems all men face

The men of the Lighthouse Church meet throughout the week in small home team groups, where men support each other in their daily walk with the Lord. In these home team groups they are learning to become better disciples of Jesus Christ as they hold themselves accountable to one another in prayer, Bible reading & study, and in purity and holiness. The goal of these home team groups is to become better men of God, better husbands, better fathers, and better church members, ultimately winning more souls for Jesus Christ and advancing His kingdom.
Several times a year the men lock-in for a three-day encounter with the Living God. Lives are being radically changed as men come face-to-face with the cross of Jesus Christ, the power of the forgiveness and restoration of Father God, and the awesome power of the Holy Spirit to free from bondage and to fill with power and anointing for service.
The excitement of the Encounters continue with training in Post-Encounter classes, and after that, Leadership Class training, where men have the opportunity to become solid disciples of Jesus Christ. They then have the pleasure of training others to follow Christ in the same way.
The men's cell groups get together at different times to enjoy fellowship as a group and it is a rich time of good-natured fun.
